We sell these inflatable balls on a regular basis in our store. People use them in a multitude of ways, including yoga, pilates, general exercise, as an ergonomic desk chair, or even as a tool to calm a newborn baby! (Softly bouncing on one of these balls while cradling your baby is a proven way to soothe and calm your baby out of crying and into a peaceful state.) Exercise balls come in 3 sizes: 55 cm (for a person whose height is 5′-5′5″), 65cm (5′6″-5′11″), and 75cm (6′+). They are made from durable vinyl and can support up to 600 pounds. The balls are shipped uninflated and include a hand-help pump. The 55cm ball is blue, the 65cm ball is purple, and the 75cm ball is pearl white.
